Terms of Use
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Information you provide should be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
Gameplay and scoring
Daily questions, scoring, timers, lives, streaks, rankings, and challenge rules may change as the game evolves. Network interruptions or technical issues may affect a run. We may correct scores or remove activity when needed to address errors, fraud, or unfair play.
Subscriptions and purchases
LOCK IT IN+ subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices and features are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel through your App Store account settings. Restores are available for eligible purchases.
Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, device, network, age settings, consent choices, and inventory.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate play, manipulate scores, exploit defects, harass other players, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with the game or its systems. We may investigate or restrict activity that threatens fair play or security.
Ownership
The game, branding, software, designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to LOCK IT IN. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the game; they do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided on an āas isā and āas availableā basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular results, or continuous availability of questions, ads, or features. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend access for violations, security risk, fraud, or legal requirements. We may update these terms and will post the latest version and date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted.
