Information we collect

• Account details you provide, such as your sign-in identifier, display name, and profile image.
• Gameplay information, including scores, answers, streaks, lives, categories, challenges, and leaderboard activity.
• Purchase and subscription status. Payment details are processed by Apple and are not stored by us.
• Rewarded-ad activity, consent choices, device identifiers, and limited advertising data where allowed.
• App diagnostics, device type, operating system, crash information, and performance data.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and cloud sync, run daily games and challenges, calculate stats and leaderboards, restore purchases, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide support. We also use consent choices to decide whether advertising may be personalized where applicable.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the game, including Supabase for accounts and game data, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions, Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads, and Sentry for diagnostics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Rewarded ads and your choices

Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose to watch one, Google Mobile Ads may process device and advertising information subject to your consent choices and regional law. Where required, the app presents a consent message before requesting ads. You can revisit available advertising privacy choices from the Profile screen.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the game, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. You can request account deletion from the Profile screen. Some transaction or security records may be retained where legally required.

Children

LOCK IT IN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us through the App Store support channel so we can investigate and remove it.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
